As delegate spots are limited, RMBS registration is determined through a first-come, first-serve basis on a date TBD. An email will be sent out at 6am disclosing the secret sign-up location. Registration will take place at 8am partnered with a complimentary breakfast for all attendees. For more information please attend one

The Cost
Total cost for U of A delegates is a $525 (a $500 non-refundable conference fee and $25 refundable damage deposit). Covered in this fee is: bus transportation to and from the conference (via Edmonton), 4 nights accommodation at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, 3 five-star meals a day, beverages at the hospitality suite and conference participation. Extraneous costs such as room service, skate rentals and skiing are not included in this fee.
The conference payment can be made in two ways:
One installment: One payment of $525 on registration day.
Two installments: A down payment of $300 on registration day, followed by a $225 payment due by the announced payment cut-off date.
Refunds
All payments made to RMBS are non-refundable. If a circumstance arises where a paid delegate can no longer attend the conference, it is the responsibility of that delegate to inform the RMBS PR Team. If this delegate's spot can be filled by a person on the waiting list, a transfer of payment can be made. However, if there are no potential delegates on the waiting list, it will be the responsibility of the delegate to make the $500 payment in full, regardless of their attendance.
